Dr. Todd, an award-winning professor, has been teaching students for over 15 years and practicing safety for over 30 years. He began as a CSHO with Minnesota OSHA, worked with the Dept of Health and Family Services. He works part-time as the safety manager at a manufacturing facility, staying connected to real-world experiences in safety. His approach to safety is systems-based and data-driven.
