Understanding Your Environmental Responsibilities

This session is designed for professionals who have assumed environmental responsibilities within their organization – or who just want to learn more about the major federal environmental regulations, including the Clean Air Act; Clean Water Act; Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; Comprehensive Emergency Response, Compensation and Liability Act; and Federal insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act. You’ll gain a better understanding of the basic requirements of each of these regulations and how they apply in industry and the public sector.
