You can’t know how safe your organization is until you can measure safety performance in valid, reliable and practical ways. This seminar will give you the skills necessary to comprehensively measure continuous improvement of your organization’s safety programs and management system. You’ll learn safety measurement concepts and techniques and apply basic statistical tools that will provide a framework for identifying and implementing a combination of leading, lagging and organizational impact safety measures. Hands-on activities will illustrate ways to extract the most from leading, lagging and organizational impact measures using a variety of quantitative tools and methodologies.
