Sean Jones is an environmental, health, and safety leader with more than 25 years of experience across aviation, product design and testing, manufacturing, hardware and software system safety engineering, general industry, construction, quality assurance, emergency management, continuity planning, and local government.
His work examines how operational information moves, or fails to move, through organizations and how those conditions influence readiness, decision quality, and business outcomes. Through his emerging framework of Consequence Intelligence, Sean helps leaders recognize the significance of incomplete information, untested assumptions, and weak verification before consequences make those conditions visible.
Sean is an OSHA-authorized trainer, First Aid, CPR, AED, and active assailant instructor, holds the Safety Management Professional and Construction Health and Safety Technician BCSP credentials. He has also completed the University of Geo. Mason Executive Leadership Program and is recognized by FEMA as a continuity of operations planning (COOP) professional.
