Brian S. Bailey is the Director of Safety at Tradepoint Atlantic, one of the East Coast's largest multi-modal logistics and industrial hubs.
With more than 15 years of experience in occupational safety, risk management, and organizational leadership, he leads the development and implementation of the company's enterprise-wide safety program, supporting rail, maritime, warehousing, utilities, and industrial operations.
Prior to joining Tradepoint Atlantic, Brian spent five years leading environmental and safety initiatives for The American Waterways Operators, where he helped advance safety performance across the U.S. tugboat, towboat, and barge industry.
A nationally recognized safety professional, Brian is known for building strong safety cultures, fostering employee engagement, and developing practical solutions that improve workplace safety and operational excellence.
